Poll: Should screenshots of the map be illegal in Fog games?

This little gem came up again in C&A.
The debate is over whether it should be against the rules to post a screenshot of the map to display troop positions in fog games.
Currently it is not against the rules.
To summarise-
The argument for it not being against the rules is basically that you can disclose troop numbers in chat and may or may not be telling the truth. The argument goes that you could use photoshop etc to manipulate the image and therefore may or may not be telling the truth, so whats the difference.
The argument for it being against the rules is that it is a low down mongrel dog act and is against the spirit of a fog game. This side puts forward that not everyone is capable of using photoshop and therefore it is different to revealing it in chat.
Here is the most recent C&A report

Here is an older one which as you would expect covers much of the same ground

I thought it would be interesting to run a poll.
