Hi guys. Just a friendly little post from a user who hasn't been here for over a year.

So the first time I challenged the credit card payment that this site keeps requesting, I was told that I hadn't unsubscribed or some nonsense. So I did everything I could to do so. Followed the links, messaged the people to message.

Then the charge came again. This time I did all the same, but got screenshots of everything and forwarded to my credit card company. This time, I received no replies from the site. No response.

But of course my credit card refunded the money. They told me they couldn't stop the payment, but after two or three times of challenging it , CC would be losing money from doing it and would stop.

So, when the charge came again, I did the same all over again. Third time, woohoo...should have cost CC enough so they would stop. I haven't played on this site or posted or visited or done anything here for a long time. I followed all their instructions. I don't hold any hard feelings and don't wish the site to lose money...

But then the fourth payment charge has come. I guess that CC isn't losing enough money from me challenging the charge.

My wife and I watched the recent episode of Game of Thrones. Don't want to spoil it but... you know the bit where Jamie says he'll kill everyone for his sister? Well, I'm not going to do that but I sure as f*ck will keep challenging the payments because my wife is a Chinese accountant and I get 10,000 times more hassle from her regarding the payments than the hour it takes me to challenge the payment with my credit card company.

I'm not going to stop challenging the payments. You can be fucking dicks and keep charging my card if you like. Eat me.

I didn't use paypal. I have followed all the instructions of the admin. They refuse to respond. Tried to login on my old account to post this, _sabotage_. Won't let me. Did a new password. Tried to login with new password. Still won't let me.

So, turns out CC was still getting the money...too little for the credit card company to go after them. So, when you see your *fees from your credit card company, remember in part that they are being paid to this website for their stealery.

I have cancelled the card. It's like fucking victim blaming. House was robbed? Move houses!

Can't even log in. Problem's "solved". Just had to cancel my credit card.

Kind of like victim blaming.

And please don't be like: Oh, we care! We will solve it! My e-tickets first were answered, but the instructions failed to stop the payments being taken, and then were ignored. Now, even resetting the password on _sabotage_ won't let me log in...

You don't care. You got the money and the refund (which I thought was being taken from CC) came out of the pockets of all of Matercard's consumers. So, yeah...

Well, I can't say that CC / its owner cares because I can't speak for them.
I don't know the exact issues or who responded to what.

All I know is, when I do hear problems and things I don't like to hear happen and wouldn't want to happen to me, my friends or clan members, I do what I can to help correct it.

I'm glad to hear you resolved it another way, but I'm sorry to hear that it took that effort and changes to deal with the issue.

Thanks.

For other users who decide they no longer wish to play CC: you will have to cancel your credit card used to pay.

When I first talked to MasterCard, they said that CC would have to pay for each dispute. Turns out the value is too low for MasterCard to even bother. You cannot put a stop (which seems pretty stupid) and must cancel your card to prevent payments.

Unsubscribing and sending e-tickets will not work. Disputing the charges will get you a refund, but passes the costs on to all MasterCard users.

I know it seems ridiculous that you would have to cancel your credit card, but after 4 times over the course of a year, that turns out to be the only option. Since CC still receives the money, they will not stop making payment requests.

Hey Keefie: you told me to fill out my third or fourth e-ticket in response to this after the last few went unanswered and my account can no longer be accessed.

Rape victim: I was raped.

Keene: Go to the rapist and ask him to not rape you again.

Great advice. Truly amazing. Should stroke one off for such insightful instruction.

Without reading this thread in detail after the first post, my guess would be that the smoothest course of action would have been emailing CC or "opening an e-ticket" as they say and asking for access to your original account:
Once logged in to your original account you could simply have changed the setting and cancelled the auto-prescription.

Logically, it is of course not possible to change your payment information on one account from another account your have created after.

Kind regards (with reservation that I may have not fully understood the situation)

Keefie said

Your offer of help was to send an e-ticket. I had already sent at least three. The first told me to do what Arama86n suggested:

>simply have changed the setting and cancelled the auto-prescription.

Which I had done before ever sending an e-ticket. The e-ticket was to understand why the payments were still being taken.

The e-ticket resulted in being told:

-simply have changed the setting and cancelled the auto-prescription.

Which had already failed. I tried again. It said I had successfully cancelled. I didn't think about it. And then the next payment showed up. And then I made another e-ticket. And there was no reply. And so I made another. And there was no reply.

So I handled it through my credit card company by disputing the payments.

They had informed me that after 2 or 3 payment disputes, CC "should" stop requesting payment. This thread was due to a fourth dispute. CC had not stopped. And during this call I asked to speak with security. I wanted to pursue this. I had done everything within the capacity of a user to stop the payments. I was not using CC at all and hadn't played here for 16 months. I hadn't posted here for 11 months. I was not getting any benefits of a user and yet being charged and the only recourse available was an e-ticket.

Which weren't working and not being responded to. Security informed me that

1. I had to cancel my card
2. CC was still getting the payments and the refunds were coming from the credit card company
3. CC was not paying for the disputes (as I had been informed) because of the limited amounts involved.

So, I cancelled my card.

After going through the process of e-tickets, I came here to inform others of what was happening:

CC is refusing to address the issue. They are refusing because they are making money off it. They are making money while not offering any services.

In fact, my account: _sabotage_ is no longer accessible. I reset the password and tried to log in. Nope..

So not only was CC charging me for services that I wasn't using, they were charging me for services that I couldn't use.

And the only response was: fill out an e-ticket; which had failed multiple times.

Keefie "ensured me it would be looked into". So I asked, why can't Keefie just look into it without the e-ticket? Keefie informed me that e-tickets go to admin, the people stealing money from all credit card users by refusing to address the issue.

It seemed and seems rather a ridiculous suggestion: contact the thieves who you have contacted multiple times and who have continued to steal money, willfully and in full knowledge and without hesitation and ask them to stop for the 4th or 5th time.

At this point, I had already cancelled my card, I had been on the phone with my credit card company while writing these posts. By cancelling my credit card, I had taken away their ability to continue stealing. It's like having your house robbed and the police saying, move house, we won't look into it.

I am trying to bring awareness to the issue so it doesn't happen to others. An e-ticket won't do that. Keene is trying to prevent awareness and keep me from bringing it to people's attention. He is trying to facilitate stealing.

I hadn't wanted to be a multi, but they blocked me from my account. When keefie wrote the above reply, I was already banned from commenting. He wrote it hoping I couldn't respond.

This is the site you are granting access to your credit card money, without recourse except cancelling your card. If they can continue to steal, they will. End of story.

As you said, you have my name.

Here is a screenshot of the most recent payment:

http://imgur.com/LbH7zVJ

Certainly having my name etc is of no use. The refund has already been made, but at the cost of all users of my credit card.

I do not require reimbursement, as I have no intention of gaining financially from this.

On the other hand, CC still has gained by this and pushed costs on all credit card users.

I would like to see the following actions taken:

1. A donation equal to US$39.96 made to the victims of Orlando.

2. An apology for preventing me from accessing my account, _sabotage_ so that I could address this issue. An apology for creating a system whereby a user could hit unsubscribe and still be charged and a change to the process to ensure that when a user hits unsubscribe that they will not be billed, an apology for ignoring my e-tickets, an apology from Keefie for insisting I use an e-ticket after repeatedly having told Keefie that I already had and been ignored. And finally an apology for calling me a multi and then banning me from addressing this for creating an account for no other reason than addressing this issue since all other means had been taken away from me. And finally an apology for forcing me to cancel my credit card as the only means of addressing this. It makes me sick, not entirely CC's fault, credit cards should definitely have a method of preventing payments in this situation, but don't. Since no other means of addressing this were offered by CC, I was forced to do so.

Some food for thought:

In lieu of replying to my e-tickets, I received the above email. Rather ironic.

Dear Sabotage,

I sincerely apologize for contacting your without due permission or under-going due process. I was left with no choice that to contact you immediately because I consider this information is very Urgent and Emergency. You will agree with me that experience is the best teacher as we say. I have had allot of bad and hurtful experiences from those Fucking Internet Scammers. I received over 50 mails each day telling me to claim by Inheritance Funds worth one million Five Hundred Thousand United Stated Dollars. I fell to this trap and I lost allot of money. I will never forgive those Bastards from Africa to be specific Nigeria, Benin, Uk, US, Ghana ETC.

I am pleased to inform you that i am one of the most happiest women on health now because I was contacted by the Federal High Court Officials who directed me to the Real Organization in charge of my Funds. Now I have my funds directly transferred to my Bank Account. I will have to enjoy the rest of my life and family with this Fund as I resign my job on the 3rd of November 2014. I have no reason to keep working when i have enough Funds to set up my own establishment.

Now you will be surprised how I got to know you. I was with the Federal High Court Official to sign and approve the Transfer of my Funds to my Bank (Bank Of America). I saw your e-mail address among the Beneficiaries of this Funds. I felt very sorry for those names and e-mail contacts because I know they might have been scammed by those Bastard. I quickly write out your name and email address . This is why I am contacting you today.

If you have received any mail asking you to make any form of payment to get your Funds. I advice you to ignore such mail now and contact the Federal High Court Official in charge of the Release of your Funds. If you can contact her now, she is going to process your Funds Papers immediately and you will have your Funds transferred to your Bank Account within the next 24-48hours. But you will be required to provide your information to prove that you are the real owner and Beneficiary of this Fund. You can contact Barrister Kimberly Marlin via e-mail as stated below:
