Game 16056548The game key states, that you win by holding the CC mall and manor. So when the round limit hits shouldn't that mean that the person holding that wins? I own it when the game finishes.

If it reached round limit then it resolves via round limits.
If you go to where objectives are described, you didn't win by holding it the full round and clicking begin turn, it went to round limit which has different victory conditions.
Victory Conditions / Map Objectives
Some maps have 'victory' objectives, which you must conquer and hold for one round to win the game. If you are holding an objective, you will win the game at the moment you press the "Begin Turn" button, even in assassin and terminator games (think of this as the ultimate zone bonus). In team games, as with bonuses, the objective must be held by a single player.

looks like it was a pretty intense game. but icepack is right, you have to hold it for a full round

I wondered about this myself and the result is what I expected. It's the fairest way too.
