in box shows i have a PM, folder is empty

Morning
on my main screen, my inbox shows as having one unread PM. when you go into it, there are no messages there. so where are they going?

Do you have any folders set up in your inbox? Sometimes they go there if you have a rule set up for it. Other times, players might delete a PM after it's sent, but you should have a PM in your inbox saying the message was deleted.

When you click on your inbox, check the username at the top left. It may be swapping you into someone else's account. This has been an ongoing issue that CC hasn't addressed properly. If this is what is happening to you, please post in the thread I'm linking to below.

Lol. I've just noticed that in the forum I'm down as Bigroo! I'm tin trumpet! You are right, it is switching accounts.

have the same issue 7/4/15... see i have a new message... went to delete the appropriate mails to accommodate PM's for the day, did so, and i still can not release the PM's in my inbox... the black jesus shall get to his fan mail at a later time... the black jesus has spoken...-Jésus noir
