gifting premium

Postby Tin Trumpet on Thu Apr 16, 2015 1:36 am

so i introduced a friend to CC, and he is enjoying it, so i thought id gift him premium. clicked the link in his profile, and it took me to the store. so i bought a premium membership, but it doesnt appear to have been used by his account. i appear to now have two running concurrently.

my first question, is, i assume my membership will just be renewed when my existing one expires rather than overlapping?

but second, and more important, how do i buy him a premium? looking at it, it suggests i have to buy a gift certificate for 3500c. is that the equivelent to $29.99?

help please

yes, it's one of the stupidest schemes i've seen.

you would have to buy 40dls worth of credits to be able to gift your friend premium.

You can go to the store and close to the top move it to the "account" page. That will tell you info on your personal premium and can cancel subscriptions if wanted. Upper right corner of the website is "help" where you could file an eticket about your mistake and admin can help you

For purchasing ur friends premium, you'll have to use 3,500 credits and go to the redeem area of the store. If you don't have credits you can purchase them first then to redeem.

You can also earn credits from auto tournaments, campaigns, contests, map making, or volunteering for the site.

don't forget 3rd party polls, so yeah, just tell your friend to play bot games till you round up enough credits
