What happens in a terminator game if you are forced into nuking yourself to death? Who gets the points?

You do! You lose the points for being eliminated and then you get a lower amount of points back, being that you are now a lower rank then when you eliminated yourself.
I would assume nobody gets the points as well none be taken form you.

Not sure what would happen if you eliminated yourself along with a few others at the same time.
I read somewhere that it is all in the order of the cards...So if you eliminate yourself first (first card in play) then on the other two cards, who would get the points (if anybody) being that you were eliminated first (technically) before the same set eliminated two others in one play?

Are you sure about that, waltero? I've never seen someone nuke themselves to death on Terminator. I've half a mind to try it out. =)

If a player deadbeats in terminator, their troops stay on the board, and whoever wins the game at the end gets the points for that player, even if the winner doesn't remove the rest of the troops.

Ah, ok, a forum search revealed this:

Game 8464499

That's not the question he was asking. He was asking if you get points for nuking ANOTHER player out of a terminator game.
But yes, if you nuke yourself in terminator, the last person standing gets your points.

And here's a game as an example: Game 8464499

Interesting :D

I think if you nuke yourself you immediately get 20 points from yourself, AND lose 20 points to yourself, so you end up on points exactly where you started. IF Mac at 2071 points eliminates Mac at 2071 points Mac ends the game holding 2071 points. Its a zero sum game

BUT

I think Waltero is right about the sequence of elimination in a nuke game depends on the sequence of cards. which may mean you can nuke another player, getting whatever points you get from that player before eliminating yourself. So of Mac at 2071 first eliminates a player around 100o points, then himself, it should be Mac goes up to 2081 and stays there as he eliminates Mac at 2081.

What could be interesting is if the cards in play first eliminate Mac and then the 1000 pointer. Would the nuke cards stop being played as Mac is gone, and so the 1000 pointer survives and Mac stay at 2071?

AND
let me throw in nuking yourself should give you a truly unique defeat and another step towards a medal or two or three- :D

set up a game and lets' see how it works.

Does anybody get the nuked (self) players cards?

What if, I nuke myself and one other player. According to the card theory, I nuke other player before I nuke myself...I get his cards then turn them in nuking the last player...I win! waa hoo!!!

Guess it don't work that way. I would turn my original set in and be eliminated before I have a chance to turn in other (two sets) set...would be great game though. Maybe they should Change this...allow a (self) nuked player who has more cards, to turn in additional set before he is eliminated.

What if a resetting Neutral eliminates a player from the (any) terminator game? Does the Neutral get the cards and the next player who controls said neutral collect the cards upon conquering terit (neutral). Does the Neutral turn in any spoils it might acquire?
Ba dee ba dee ba dee

If not, Make it so.

Should I post this under Suggestions

The game can't register this. Whether it's nuke or being killed by a killer neutral, the cards just go into limbo. So to my knowledge, not possible.

Here at CC that's what a lot of people call a Linda Searcy move.

65 years ago today Japan nuked itself to death by declaring war on the USA.

If Emperor Hirohito pulled that shit on CC he'd be banned within the day.
