I mean usually when you see that it's someone going for some sort of record, or who ends in C&A after a couple of hours. But Seemed like a regular monday afternoon for this guy...
You know, drink you coffee, take 700 turns, go make dinner for the kids...

Unfortunately he does so without much thought. Anyone who's played a large escalating game with him can attest to that fact as he will regularly bonus monkey and play with poor strategy. I, and others, have tried to explain to him why this strategy is bad and rarely pays off, and how he could win more if he adopted the stacking tactic, but he refuses to listen and seems content to play games at a terrible standard. Each to their own I guess. Recently he killed ~25 troops for a +4 bonus when cashes were around 20, from what I remember. However, that allowed me to sweep the board which was nice.
I'm fairly certain he joins every single community and automatic tournament he's eligible for. In the past he would sign up for team tournaments on his own. I assume he wanted to play every tournament and just didn't bother reading what any of them actually involved. He seems to have improved on this slightly by saying he'll sign up with anyone else looking for a partner, but doesn't actually look for one himself.

Still though, I've never seen anything like it. People that have gone for the highest-active record have usually started deadbeating after a few days, it's too time consuming.
Maintaining 650 active is mind-boggling.
