Speed Game notifier won't work

My speed game notifier hasn't worked for months now, it's making me crazy. I've talked to others with the same problem. I'm not sure if the notifier is a Bop thing or a CC thing, but in any case, does anyone know what the deal is, or if it can be fixed?
