The preferred method is through the User Guide: viewtopic.php?f=527&t=139337&p=3404242#p3404242
The shortcut (if you are comfortable) is here: https://github.com/sherkaner/addons-for ... gl.user.js

If you have an older version working properly, you should see the "Update Available" button. If you don't, use the method above to reinstall.

NOTE: a problem with scrolling has been reported. Not having altered anything to do with the output, I did not test this beyond ensuring it would load and report on a user with a non-ASCII name (the problems at hand). It seems something else has changed in Greasemonkey/Firefox besides the metadata support which caused the previous version not to load. I may have a chance to check this about twelve hours from now.

You're welcome. Are you having problems with scrolling the table? I have not had time this evening to explore the problem in depth, but it does happen for me.

Is anyone still running Firefox 16? I am wondering if the scrolling problem occurs with that version too.

Good to know. Now I can search for reports of (and, I hope, solutions to) slow scrolling in FF 17.

Yes scrolling down is a bitch.

Literally a couple of maps at a time unless you move the side bar down a lot then you skip a load.

Yea. All of the sudden, my FF worked with the new map ranker. I figured it would when it informed me that the map ranker had been updated.

Of all my favorite add-ons, Map Rank seems to be the only one that doesn't work on Chrome (even Clan Rank works). Are there plans to make MapRank usable with Chrome at some point?

Nothing on my calendar, but it does seem like a good idea. I have never used Clan Rank. Does it pop up a window like Map Rank?

Actually, yeah, it does pop up in a window like Map Rank, but I was mistaken about it working in Chrome. It compiles clans, but when the window opens, there's no information there. It must be a Chrome thing.

Thanks Ender for taking up that update, it seems that having a girlfriend eats most of my time..

Making this script work with Chrome will be hard technically.
Problem is that the way the popup is created doesn't work for chrome (for good reasons), and if you want to change that you basically have to rethink almost all of the script's code, because of the way it's structured. I tried it a bit, if it was easy you'd already have it.

Glad to be of help.

Maybe the answer is to abandon the popup and embed the results into the profile page or the game finder page as appropriate. Of course, as you say, this would likely be a major overhaul (or at least an opportunity for one, which most programs could use from time to time, as they tend to grow like weeds.)

I have just updated to Firefox 18.0 and it seems to remedy the scrolling problem.

Yep. Upgraded to FF18 from FF16, which I had reverted to when the problems arose. Everything seems to be in working order.

Thanks!

I can see the icons next to the players' names on the My Games page. Have you done the usual cache-flushing and reloading of pages?

Yes, those and the Random icon are all a bit ugly, aren't they? I was working on some cleaned up versions quite a while back, when I was thinking that we could find a better way to serve those files, so that they might not disappear if someone's file sharing account went south. There is a fix needed for Round Limits (see viewtopic.php?f=528&t=188251) so maybe I can get this all together.

Well, it's really just a matter of stealing the images from the forum pages, erasing the ribbons, and squeezing them a bit. I have already done most of them, so I think I will be okay, thanks.
