Do you like 4-player blitz escalating on small maps of 60 territories and under?

If "Yes!", then this is the thread for you. The rules are simple:

Open between five and twenty five games all on the same map. Settings are 4p escalating on maps of 60 territories and under. Use a password. The rest is up to you. Announce the series here on this thread.

Important rule # 1
Find three acceptable players to occupy the other three seats. Yes, The very same seat seat in every single game in any given series. If you offer 24 games, you will expect 24 games with the same four players in the same four seats.

Important rule #2
This is a casual league. Membership is easy: get the password, make some games and a post, play an honest game, and you won't be kicked out. The rest is up to you.

Important Rule #3
If you sign up, show up

The first 24 game series has started with Begbie, GabonX, BaldAdonis, and Stringybeany.

Start a batch now!

Also:

rank isn't important in this "casual league", but if you have a very low rank you might not get high rank players in your games.

Funny how Blitz don't like the Blitz Brigade.

I prefer four player because it's a little harder to block which makes the pacing brisk and the card play nice and sharp. I'm not sure I see how quality 8p-esc can qualify as "blitz" though. It leaves the term pretty much violated, methinks.

I did just land my first-ever-played eight player game though. I was the happy recipient of a hanging and swept seven in one turn. What a rush! Dumb luck on one hand, but it was a hell of a chore to map it out and get it done in 60 minutes on the other. (world 2.1)

It was fun enough that I might try some more 8p-esc games on the classic map. They must get plugged up like a teenage face with overactive hormones! An apt analogy. Think Siam swelling like a fat zit, and you get the idea.

Oh, and if you and any of your other high-end buddies want to come by for some instruction in "blitz", stop on over!

True. On a level playing field though you will win 12.5% of your 8p games as opposed to 25% of your 4p games. Your net gain will be he same.

The idea is to be better at your choice than anyone else making the same choice. Get it? 8)

on a level playing field with scores over 3K, I have won 25% to 33% or more though with 6,7,8 player games, so I will take my chances and play with them, but ty stringy  I prefer teams, but play singles from time 2 time
