with fog you can get unlucky so that argument is not really valid. Also he was talking about fs speed which is a way different ball game. Further that game is from a year and a half ago, and it was when 40k was on the site for 4 months. It might be prudent to provide relevant examples.

Ijex, maybe if you weren't so scared you would play me in a non freestyle speed game where you can't hide behind your internet speed. Pick any format that is non speed unless you are scared? I don't really want to take that thread further off topic, but here i am ready to accept.

A few things that i feel i should mention though.
1) I would be willing to bet that my internet speed is lower than yours
2) I never defended a cheater did I? All i said was that it was not fair to judge him based on that game...which is true based on the evidence i put forward.
3) I don't tell my teammates what to do, in fact i only post thoughts for eliminations, simple stuff like let me play first next round, or give advice when asked. Also i find it funny how a bunch of the players i play with are the same rank as people you play with yet somehow i am the offender here...i dont see you playing many triples games where your teams score is over 11,000 and yet i see myself in a few of those.

Pardon me for not wanting to play a speed game on city mogul where you sit for 4:50 and then make 10 moves , I already admitted I don't have the fastest computer and that is not skill or strategy. I think some people said it to BoganGod when he was getting called out. Although, to be fair, he was being kind of a dick.




Why? There are a few reasons.

I believe doubles requires a lot less skill than trips and quads, which means that if you want me to play a doubles game, you'll have to get matching points. You weren't even close with HA on your team. If you want to play doubles against Ljex and I, you'll need a partner with about 4800 points, give or take a few hundred. But if you can just find a Brig to play with you, that will be fine. I'll get a Major to play with me.

In trips, but more so in quads, I can hide my score. I can play with 3 Majors and our average rank will only be that of a Colonel. If you take 3 Majors to play with you, our average rank will only be a few hundred points off, so if we lose, it's only about -25, which is fine with me. I am more lenient with the points-matching stuff in trips and quads, since they require more skill, which means I'll win a higher percentage of the time.

I never even called you out, so I in no way feel obligated to play a game that requires very little skill, where each side will win 50% of the time, and yet your team has many thousands points less.

I'm fine with you being a few hundred points off, but when you come in with low ranks on your team, that's just being disrespectful.

One last thing... in saying all this, I am assuming that there will be Majors on my team. In an ideal world, we play a trips with my bestest buddies Ljex and Pimphawks70 in the game. But they are currently ranking up with speed FS, so it will be pretty much impossible for you to come close to our points.

This, of course, is not a knock on any of my other 'mates... many of them are just as good or better than Ljex or Pimp (boom roasted )

For the record, the game he is turning down is chained, foggy, no cards, automatic. It is on the Battle for Iraq map and my team is comprised of two majors and two lieutenants. That is what makes him so scared.

Just because we don't point collect and back down from any challenge that won't get us a point advantage, does not make us noobs. It makes us players on CC who play for the fun and the challenge.
