The purpose of this group is to create a leaderboard and rating system for 2v2s.
To form your duo, you will pick your partner to compete with. Players can form multiple duos if they wish.
Each duo's leaderboard rank will be based purely on their rating calculated using Glicko (very similar to ELO used in chess). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glicko_rating_system
I will create a Google Spreadsheet to display ladder ranking, rating, wins & losses, matches played, and other miscellaneous stats.
Duos who have not played at least 1 game in the last 90 days will not be displayed on the ladder or other stats sheets.
Rules:
1. Anyone can join.
2. All games must be 2v2.
3. All games must be posted in the usergroup with the text "[Waiting]" along with the password posted. You may invite another duo if you wish, but if they decline any other duo in the usergroup may join. Once the game has started, edit "[Waiting]" to "[Active]". Once the game has finished, edit "[Active]" to "[Finished]".
4. Any duo can play against any other duo; regardless of rank or rating.
5. There is no limit to the number of matches a duo can play.
6. If a game has fog of war enabled, and the last player to join (or their teammate) is first to play, the last player to join must either:
A) Wait at least 12 hours for the host team to get a snapshot; or
B) Post in game chat what player controls each territory (including neutrals) that the host team would have seen but can no longer see.
