Itās not unlikely that not every placed clan will sign up for CL8. In fact, VVV has gone social recently, so we have one clan less for the Second Division already. What happens if clans drop out of the Premier Division? The aim is to keep 12 clans in the Premier Division, unless we have a lot of clans drop out.
A. If a clan from the first 8 placed clans drops out of the Premier Division (i.e., doesnāt sign up), we relegate one clan less. If another clan drops out, we promote one more clan from the Second Division. We keep alternating like that in case more than 2 clans drop out of the Premier Division.
The order in which clans would end up in the PD would be: RET, AFOS, GON, PHNX, OLE, etc., unless one of them drops out.
B. If a promoted clan drops out, we promote the next placed clan of the Second Division. If another promoted clan, we relegate one clan less. We keep alternating like that if more than 2 promoted clans drop out.
The order in which clans would end up in the PD would be: AFOS, RET, PHNX, GON, ID, etc., unless one of them drops out.
Some examples:
If ACE drops out, RET will return to the PD. If ACE and TOFU drop out, see above, plus AFOS will be promoted to the PD. If ACE, TOFU and FOED drop out, see above, plus GON will return to the PD. If ACE and RET drop out, GON will return to the PD. If ATN drops out, AFOS will be promoted to the PD. If ATN and TOP drop out, see above, plus RET will return to the PD. If ATN and OSA drop out, RET will return to the PD, plus AFOS will be promoted to the PD. If ATN and AFOS drop out, PHNX will be promoted to the PD.

Infractions relating to the use of maps, settings and players:
Any game that breaks the rules with regards to use of maps, settings and players will have to be remade, even if itās already ongoing. This does not apply once round 2 of the game has started. Any game that does not follow the rules of the use of maps, settings and players can be remade or rectified until it is registered in the database. Once it is registered in the database it will be regarded as an infraction. Any game that is remade after being registered in the database, and before round 2 of the game starts, has to be posted in the appropriate thread in a new post. That post also has to state which game it replaces. If a player joined more than 3 games per match (set of 8 home or away games), the opposing clan may choose which game or games with said player has or have to be remade.
Who is resposible for keep track of possible infractions?
Games won by forfeit do not count as game wins for the tie-breaker rules.
this can be easily manipulated, will there be any chance of dealing this in case by case basis or will just be followed strictly to the letter?
a clan must be a member of the CD & Friends Forum
if a clan wishes to be removed from group during the CL, can he still be allowed to participate?

Basically the clan contacts of the opposing clan. They will be the ones noticing infractions.

If there is any suspicion of manipulation or abuse, it will be looked at and dealt with.

Technically it's a requirement for signing-up, so normally a clan can still participate. I guess it depends a bit on the reason for leaving CDF.
