Wanting to join forces with another clan.

Random Heroes is looking for a clan to join forces with. We are struggling with recruiting as many others are. We don't have enough active players to take on challenges or tournaments. We are looking for a clan to fuse with or any singles or teams that are not already in a clan. We prefer a clan that wants to be in the CLA and abides by the rules.Fusion is the future.
If interested or have any questions please pm me.

I don't think anyone is going to bite on this. It's a decent idea, though.

You might want to check out clan AGOGE.
corporal pierce may not be around anymore ??.. and he did/does have some active members that may need a home...

I have had offers just trying to keep it on top of the thread for any leaders that haven't had a chance to look over it.

Cool. I'd be interested to see how this turns out for you. Good luck.

A very interesting idea, and I'm a little surprised mergers don't happen more often. Would you assume the other clan's name? Would you keep yours? Would you amalgamate the two?

Very clever idea, Bill. You should easily arrange to merge with another new(er) clan - possibly even Agoge, which, as Jef mentioned, has a leader who is MIA.
If that doesn't work out, we may create a training Academy, and all of your players would be welcome to join it, though that doesn't guarantee the possibility of them actually joining the Regiment.

I will ignore that slight...
No sir, it's probably more difficult to get into the Regiment, now, than BotFM.

I think it is more difficult now since you have 38 members. I know if IGNI had that many I don't think I would accept anyone unless they were an extremely good player.

and how do you define extremely good player? also, who would determine who is extremely good?

If your members are willing to learn the Dutch language, I'm sure we can work things out.

Really it would be if they can impress me and the people they play with for the recruiting games. And yes I know this makes me sound arrogant and that it makes me also sound that I think I am one of the best on the site, which I am not. But I have also had very few people impress me as of lately, so my standards might be a bit to high, but I guess that is my personal problem

Yeah, I thought it was a great idea myself. I had a few offers and we were going to do Random Heroes best doubles versus the other clans best doubles. But the other clans didn't want to lose their name. I don't understand why the lower ranked clans wouldn't want to combine with another clan. So I guess they want to remain at bottom of the clan food chain and their fine with it.
Thanks JEFJEF for the help.

I've played lots of inet games where clan names / group names are involved. 98% of the time, the biggest hang up people always had was having to give up their names even if a merger was strategically vastly improving their situation.
