Foed creates/runs the war thread
12 hour FoW for fog games. no need to wait in conquest maps, or
where the only action is deploy/fort without attacks. turn can be taken
earlier if the opposing team announces the snap is taken. if rule is broken
the offending team has to copy/paste game log and reveal visible terrs.
timing out is allowed
max game count per player: 15
batches will be done in 1-week intervals

GR started ok but then my fellow Foeds stepped on pedal.
it's gonna be a decisive victory, though GR has sure missed
a lot of turns, feels like they haven't been in the fight 100%.
dunno if there is a crisis or just slow summer season?
