Round 2 - 4 doubles, 4 triples, 4 quads by each side

NO: freestyle, beta, manual, speed.
Trench and nuclear are okay.
Maps can be used multiple times, but only once with the same setting by each clan for the entire war, ex: doubles, triples, or quads.
Fog of war rule (aka snapshot rule) will be used.

This war is in limbo. After two attempts to contact the three leaders of TPD we have had no reply since last week. Not sure what's happening.

I've just heard back from TPD that they're withdrawing from this war. It's now officially over.

It's probably in everyone best interests for this one to be over. There are so many clan competitions this summer with CC4, NCC4, ACC2, Clan League, Random League, and one more that I can't remember the name of.

The Pain Dispensers are very new and still learning.

DB apologizing for a delay in this war! This one is an example of what is right in clans. Nice to see every now and again. Thanks to everyone who helped get this one back on track and a big thanks to DB for being so cool about the whole thing.
