move clan and tribe forum higher in board index so we can see if there are new posts without scrolling down


move then above community

I'm lazy enough to think it will help clan and tribemates use their forums more if everytime they check any forum they see whether clanmates have posted
would make it more likely clanmates start new games join tourneys , strengthen loyalty to cc website

I think the old thought process was to place desirable / frequently used things at the bottom so the main body of work everyone saw, and the optional stuff at bottom. Plus it encouraged the scrolling past the main area(s) so you might see something and interact before you headed to the clan areas etc

For better or for worse that was my understanding anyway. They used to tinker w it a lot
