[Notif] Notifications for Diversions (Chess) Feature

I have noticed that the Diversions (chess) feature is fairly new to CC, I feel that we should have the option to have a PM sent to our CC inbox since so far I haven't located any email in my personal email saying that it is my turn but I get my emails for my CC games or even have a number next to the Diversions tab (similar to if you have a PM in your inbox) to tell you that you have X number of games ready for you to take your turn (this one was suggested by NoSurvivors while we were playing a round of chess).
I have noticed if you go to your message board in the diversions tab that you get a copy of the moves that your opponent made each turn but so far that is it.
Positives:
- Adds a notification for each time it is your turn even if you don't see it in your personal email.
- Putting a number next to the Diversions tab doesn't impact the inbox.
- Encourage more players to play a round or 2 of chess while they wait for their turns to come up in their other games.
- Similar programing is already being used and would just need to be added in another location and modified.
Negatives:
- Fills up your inbox up quicker due to the 50 message limit (if the PM is used)
- Some players don't like PMs sent to their inbox so they might not like it (if the PM is used)
