Keeping it simple for now.

Having Spoils Change to any one of the Five options that are currently available.

Just another option.
SPOILS: Escalating, Flat Rate, Nuclear, Zombie, No Spoils, Vacillating spoils.

Triggering Vacillating spoil; on the event of a player being eliminated from the game.

What will it bring to the game? The better of the five options we have in place at present.

if it's spoils then no spoils is out of option

had something similar in mind, like double spoils or mixed spoils or dynamic spoils (pick a name :!: )

for example nuclear/escalating (there would be options which 2 spoils you wanna mix up)
1st trade nuclear
2nd trade escalating
3 trade nuclear etc.

No spoils simply means you can not collect spoil.

Having spoils and not being able to spend them would be something entirely diff. Being that it is probably problematic (program, coding) to have spoils (in the first place) in a no spoil game...everybody losses their spoils...ouch!

The spoils would be set to random, so the current spoil option might remain in effect...no change. The triggering effect could be; as soon as somebody is eliminated.

You Have four cards, you want to take Joe smuckatelly out of the game..you go ahead and take him out, immediately triggering, Vacillating Spoils..New spoils alert; Spoils are now set on Nuke...Forcing you to Nuke yourself into oblivion!!!
Of course it could be beneficial at times; you have Flat rate; Vacillating spoils is triggered, Now spoils become Escalating spoils.
Could be either good or bad, depending on red set versus Escalating set, worth.

This would slow down Escalating domino effect, victory.

I think it would be a Blast.
It might be just what CC is looking for...bringing new life into the game.

You could even make it more interesting (for those players who do not think it a good idea or think it would never be played). Once Vacillating spoils is triggered, allow each player in the game (and all the eliminated players...or just the eliminated players) a vote...to see if the spoils remain the same; thereby rejecting any Random Change from taking effect.

I can go on and on...the possibility's are limitless.
I suggest we keep it simple.
This Suggestion would not hold up the game...not for one minute.
