Notify players when time is running low

Choose for example 5 closest friends/clanmates, and CC automatically walls (or PM) them when the time left is under 30 minutes.

This would greatly decrease missed turns.

It seems like this would encourage people to permanently share passwords which if I recall correctly is frowned upon.
