Public chat vs private chat

Concise description: In team games there should be two tabs in the chat bar/screen - a team chat area and a public chat area

Specifics/Details: The team chat area will be seen only be teammates, like the private chat in the game already available. Meanwhile, a second tab can be accessed which is the public game chat where anything can be said and be made available to all teams

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments: This will clear up the chat clutter that happens in games. Sometimes I don't even see people are proposing truces or making comments because it is buried underneath a bunch of comments from myself and teammates. This will also reduce the chance someone 'spills the beans' and says something publicly they meant to say privately (because the check box wasn't checked).

I would have the easy ability to see everything that has been said publicly without having to sift through my team's comments and vice-versa.

I personally love this idea, Separate and distinguish both,, And while Were at it, move that Team-mate only check box away from send message button. They are wayyyy to close to each-other-- '') Good idea ATL -->> Bravo! I'm a fan of this suggestion--
