[GP] Mathematical adjustment for Trips and Quads

Probably not a great suggestion, but I think it can open the discussion again in a new light.
- When one player is kicked from game, nothing will change
- When the second player from the same team is kicked, one of his territories becomes neutral instead of going to a teammate
Specifics/Details:
- 3 players with 11 terts get 9 per round
- 1 player with 33 gets 11 per round (probably more with bonuses in reality)
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
- the bonus for losing 2 teammates won't be as great
- right now, if one player is kicked in a trips, it is most economical for a second player to be kicked
