Far East Map (Asia Map Touch-Up)

Postby thenobodies80 on Tue Feb 07, 2012 5:36 am

The map was uploaded. The touched-up version has no gameplay changes from the original.

The purpose of this topic is to have a thread for this map and a temporary place in which people can post in case I did something wrong! :)

For more details about the changes applied to the map, please visit this topic --> viewtopic.php?f=127&t=159991

you could use all name for Soviet republics - Kazakhstan.

are needed two symbols for one way asault from Inner Mongolia to mongolia? this is still the same regions.

text in legends does not fit with the rest of text (name of map or names of regions).

but nice graphic, I like "plastic?" sea :) . what program doyou use?

we missed the last of hoschke118's changes to the chinese names, probably because we were working from a similar, but more extensive, list provided by macbone. can we change kansu to gansu, so that all of the names in the china bonus use modern chinese spellings?

Perhaps you could add to the title a year when the USSR still existed as a unified bloc, since you indicate "Soviet Socialist Republics" ( e.g. "Far East 1988" ). Also, Iran would fit better as part of South Asia.
