That would not matter as it stayed invisible to me for both my teams. Fortunately, I knocked him off his ships and won the game that way .

I also played a polymorphic game with conditional borders. I could see the territories even when it wasn't my turn, so I'm not sure what happened here, but if it happens again bring it to bug reports.

You know, i think this conditional function was working before poly games were introduced.
I have a 12 player fog game happening at present and i hold one command ship and can clearly see the monarch (which i also hold of course)
