gimil wrote:Thanks rebelman, i will change these for you. And the other 2 quires are correct. Except AoM is the same as feudal, i developed this gameplay and i proposed the trilpgy for AoR (It was first called feudal war before KEYOGI and andy werent happy about this)

ok that what I thought so heres my proposed wording change for the other 2:
Existing Text: Every player begins in a single castle.
Proposed Change: Every player begins in their castle(s)
Logic: more accurate
==========================================
Existing Text: Victory is gained by conquering all castles
Proposed Change: victory can be gained by conquering and holding your opponent's castles
Logic: more accurate even if it is more wordy as there are other ways to gain victory and they do not need to conquer neutral castles to be victorious
==========================================

Well done andy.
in your face ---

rebelman wrote:I am starting to read this thread and once I have that done I will comment properly but at the moment I have one huge issue, this map looks like a computer generated image of a golf course and no matter how good graphics, gameplay etc. it has a big problem if it looks like a golf course in my mind anyway unless of course it is a golf course. Anyway as I said I'm posting this having yet to read this thread, once I have read it I will make some more reasoned and sensible observations hopefully.

i can already see the game log:
with a sharp tee shot DiM takes a good aproach for the south hole.
Gimil is up. he has a nicely laid put shot in front of him. a bit of concentration and he'll be the new champion of the feudal trophy.
he looks he takes a short swing and....and...and....it's in the bunker. an unbelieveble shot that went in the sand. filled with andger he goes to the bunker and he hits and hits and hits and hits. he start cursing and jumping around like a mad man. the officials have him removed from the field. now it's just DiM and the wind and the grass the ball and the 9 iron. an extremely difficult shot over the lake. the veterans say he should play it safe. but he's not that kind. he takes a chance and swings. and ladies and gentlemen we have a hole in one. incredible. he is the new feudal golf course champion.
DiM wrote:you should see my massive 9 iron. then talk about hole in one
now take your itsy bitsy putter and go to the bunker.
KingPrime wrote:gimil, stop insulting DIM, when you are guilty of the same thing, having a smaller club than mine.

reverend_kyle wrote:I think this map needs more (insert hardest thing to do with a flattened image). Anyone else agree?

Final Forge
---The Feudal War Map has reached the Final Forge Stage. I've revived this thread from the pits of the Foundry Furnace (okay, maybe not) and have examined the contents. Nearly every major concern has been addressed. If there are any other current concerns, please make your voice heard. If after a reasonable amount of time there has not been any objection or protest, the map will be deemed finished with the 'Foundry Brand' of approval and will be submitted for live play. As long as there is still discussion or posts that have yet to be commented on, the map will remain in Final Forge until said discussion has reached the conclusion that the map has reached its final and polished version.
Post questions and concerns if any.
