My only issue is the font, while pretty and period perfect, it's difficult to read. In this case, function must trump form. The font needs to be readable!

You can keep the current font for the title, this way you can retain some authentic flavor for the map, while improving readability of the other texts.

yours new font are a little modern, but I agree much more redable. so we could go with "B" font.

it is clear for everybody that bonus +1 w. Visby connected with any Hanseatic city, means that Visby can be connected with another Hanseatic city by ship?

nobodies, in legend there is Pomeralia, Pomerelia is correct.

Font B is nice... it could use a soft light brown glow to it though.
