I never saw this one before, and wont read 30 pages, but Im just thinking if you could do something better about the impassable. In most cases the simply exist, but do almost nothing to playability. Some regions are easily holdable, like East and Indian, while others like South and West are very difficult. This remembers me the Canada map, some holdable areas and a big wasted space.
Is this the reason of having "wheels" or "longhorn" bonuses? Offering something else to fight, once most areas are almost unholdable? In this case, maybe you should remove the longhorn from east, or its a wasted bonus too, unless for the guy holding it
2 cents. ;O)[/quote]\
Thanks for your suggestion!
I'll try to answer your questions. I based this game play on three maps I have studied; the Classic, Middle Earth and Pearl Harbor. I added some elements from each area like the planes idea from Pearl Harbor. Not grouping them together making it harder to take and hold. If you notice Cannons 1 and 2 are not grouped together with 3,4 and 5. Also if you look at the classic game play you well notice that you can take Austria and hold it. Some goes for East Texas small bonus points not much to worry about. Again thank for the suggestion! I will give it some thought!
