A thing.... this is a stone stair that "goes" from the walls to the lawn?

if yes, you shouldn't have the black outline, that you have on the walls, just on the first step. The others are placed under the wall level so there should be a black line to give the idea the stairs go down.
Finally did you try to add a shadow to the left wall? everything on the map has a shadow from left to right except that wall.

Oh, maybe a stupid question, that probably was already asked before....did you draw the knights on the walls or you took them somewhere on the web? It's like I have already see them somewhere, but maybe I'm wrong :-k

The wall will fix tonight.

The knights, I used a bog standard image from the web around the same size for a template and then drew them myself.

Did not forget it, in the small it was a lot more subtle. It has now been made prominent bit it may be too much. Let me know. Posted in previous post.

Yes, if it was a chess-games site.....but you have only knights so i think it doesn't change so much. But "chess players" might turn up their noses, this because to place the board with the white square on the bottom right is the first thing that usually people do when playing a game.

If you consider you have just to swap the colors....i would go with the change O:)
