Capital territory starting neutral:
-Saint Petersburg
-Paris(3 neutral)
-London(6 neutral)
-Rome(3 neutral
-Berlin(3 neutral
-Vienna(3 neutral
-Constantinople(3 neutral
-Sofia(3 neutral)
Qwert - I assume Saint Petersburg is 3? You left that one off.

Well andy won't do much until both the large and small maps are here. So that is something to keep you busy.

I like this map a lot, it reminds me of the board game "Diplomacy".

Very nice map qwert
In your legend, Balkans States should be Balkan States and Austria-Hungary Empire should be Austro-Hungarian Empire.
Minor nitpick I know

Although it appears that the line becomes slightly wider as you move towards Cyprus. More of a FF comment, but I think we can treat this map as if it were there already.

been away for a long while, nice map but:
How did you get to the bonuspoints?
Particularly if you compare Balkan States with Italy and Austro-Hungary... count the border territories and count the remaining inner territories divided by 3...
Is it because Austro-Hungary gets a "importance bonus" over the Balkans patchwork ?
