i like the second, for me the conquest bit ruined the new lands map especially since they are so high- 6 neutral per terit.

if I follow you sam, you're saying you like the conquest play option because conquest play ruined another map? :-s

Well i dont se any problem with Crete.
Crete is a part of Crete et Cyrenaica provinces,like name says,and Circle in Cyrenaica present bouth parts,conected with white line.Belive me ,nobody can attack only Crete,because Crete dont have Circle and Army numbers. ;)

Qwert - there are a whole bunch of new conquest maps coming online right now. I think people will be more responsive to the classic style of gameplay when this map is likely to debut. I forget which number this was, but the option in which the towns, ships, etc. start neutral is the safer bet.

And regarding the Crete and Cyrenacia issue, my recommendation would be to change the style of line which connects the two. The line you have now is used as an attack line in other contexts, and that could be confusing. Not crippling to gameplay, of course, but potentially confusing. Either don't connect the two at all and let the name "Creta et Cyrenacia" be the giveaway, or use a different style of line to connect them. At least you'll satisfy the crowd.

Oaktown - Hope I'm not crossing a line with this, but I say give Qwert a little more slack. From what I can see, the Foundry's been moving somewhat slowly lately. It is exam season for some of us, after all :(

Qwert I like the subject matter of your map of course, but personally I really don't like the conquest approach you used for the map. Besides CC has been saturated with conquest style maps lately and the trend seems to indicate that more will be coming out.

I would prefer this to be a classic gameplay map. Something similar to what Guiscard was trying to do.

Keep in mind that this is only my very personal opinion. Good luck with the map.

Map tell you everything,you can decide what is best,ofcourse bouth option its Fair and Balanced that nobody have any advantage in begining,and these is importan.

Well you know me,i want to map be acurate,and because these i not put Country bonuses.
Guiscard create map who is not historical acurate,and then its quit easy to create Countrys.In these map country not exist only provinces.

Non playabile regions have insted U-V. Playabile have U.

well when i put numbers(these is not XML)i take from map with numbers(copy map and paste)and then take numbers,and insted neutral 6 or 9(its quit dificulty to find these numbers)i put 3+3 what mean 6 neutral.
