ok...help needed

I am in a training game here

and just need guidance on what I should be doing as I really have little clue. My aim was to go for Australia but not sure I have enough of a good basis with which to do that.

Well the first thing you have to do is post your game in your training field, so go to the top of the page when you are in training academy , then go into your training field(which is 5 I see), then post a new game thread with your plans and help will appear, as if by magic
