i would not call it a SoC kind of tournament for a couple reasons

1. that not our settings
2. we accept all ranks to learn not just PFC or lowers

but anyways good luck with the tournament

The settings are whatever you choose (except dubs, that's required) and I accept all ranks. The point is to get a higher rank to try to teach the lower ranks. Sounds SoC to me.
