goodbye

Well I'm afraid to say it has come time to move on, I am rapidly becoming more and more frustrated at waiting on someone to answer my posts, with 24 staff listed for classroom 13 I think its a shame that the mentoring is falling on so few.

I have constantly come up against the timer in the 5 games I have played since joining. I will be trying to find a dedicated mentor rather than sitting, waiting to see if someone wanders through the forum at random while everyone else is nowhere to be seen.

So I wish to thank the following for being there:

wacicha
brian fletcher
hydebass

and especially:

mpjh
Captain_Scarlet
dhallmeyer

I wish you all the best.

Goodbye cruel world, I'm leaving you today. Goodbye Goodbye Goodbye.

Goodbye all you people, there is nothing you can say, to make me change my mind. Goodbye.

With that said I find it hard to believe Captain Scarlet didn't answer your questions. Do you PM them or only post?

if you notice I specifically thanked captain scarlett for his help. He was one of the 5 staff that have actually helped me and along with the rest who did was helpful and friendly.

The SOC itself only suggests pming when the clock is running down and whats the point of that if only the same people are the ones who respond. And yes on occasion I did pm not always with response.

If your intention is purely taking the piss, very constructive and mature of you. You aren't even a current member of SoC

Yes.

You thanked them after berating them.

I know some of the staff is very dedicated. I'm sure they are not always avail to scan the forum due to RL.

Like I said I would be really surprised that Capt Scarlet did not respond to PM. As you mentioned you were frustrated at waiting for forum posts to be answered. IE my sugg to pm.

No I am not a member of SoC but have assisted a couple of it's members.

I did not berate then thank them, to berate someone is to harshly criticise them, I thanked those who gave of their free time so willingly and criticised those staff that seem totally inactive and not harshly.

My intention was thanks to some and hopefully motivate those who have volunteered to teach into action, out of fairness to those who do.

I don't doubt for one minute that some of the SoC teachers are very dedicated, I never said or implied anything to the contrary.

My whole secondary point was that it is unfair of the inactive teachers to leave it to the likes of Captain Scarlett and mpjh to take up the slack.

so with that said I consider this discussion at an end.

Good luck to you too.
