Contact the event organizer. It should have a link on your Central Command page. What's the name of the event?

It's true that the WWII Western Front map is part of this month's Challenge. However, the game you won is does not qualify for this event, as it was on the wrong settings.

The general outline of the July Challenge is here: https://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=786&t=241225#p5329057. If you scroll to the bottom of that post you'll see all the settings for this month's games.

In order to get credit for a monthly Challenge, a game must not only be on the right map, but ALL the settings have to conform to what was listed.

is this program still active? we have a new player in game Game 23385195. can you invite them to be trained?

Guide program is not the best for newbies. We want seasoned vets with good attitudes to help newbies find their way around the site.
