If you'll just examine the ratings he has left many of the recent ones are 1-1-1 stars, with really meaningless tags added.
If you examine some of the games, you should notice that the ratings do not match with what happened in those games.

I agree. His ratings make no sense. There are a couple of 4 and 5 star ratings scattered in there, but the bulk are rubbish.

Still, what are you gonna do? As long as players are able to rate other players you'll have dickheads like this, and others that use the ratings as a form of lame revenge because they lost a game.

The offender will be warned. Then if he continues to abuse ratings he will be blocked from being able to rate again.

It was a rhetorical question.

Ratings abuse is a tricky one, though I do agreee that a warning is in order in this case. I'm not so sure though that the mods will be so eager, or they may be inundated with similar posts.

Yer. My opinion on this is that whilst it appears that he hands out 1 stars a bit, some of them lets say an arbitary 25% are deserved.
Have you tried to pm the guy to explain his rating/have it removed??
I think we (the mods) would be more inclined to step in if you send him a pm asking him to change the rating.
