- Unprompted vulgarity and verbal abuse
- Breaking "unwritten rules" like announcing other players troop placements in fog of war games, asking for (and agreeing to) truces which he immediately breaks (sometimes more than once in same game.)
- Abuse of feedback system (leaving undeserved spiteful ratings in games he does not win).
- And an unsportmanlike "scam" where he claims he is quitting the game (and conquerclub) and is just going to place men to make his turn pass, and that he will not attack or play in any other manner: then when players ignore him he backstabs/attacks and tries for the win.

This was his opening chat FIRST ROUND. He won that game. (so much for not attacking). He does this frequently for having played so few games.

That helps me, but how does that stop him from ruining the overall enjoyment of everyone he plays with in the future?

The rules say: "...any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating..."

All of which he's guilty of.

They also state: "if you are intentionally or continually making this community less enjoyable for others, you're going to be removed from it. It's that simple. This applies to any part of the site where interaction takes place; in Forums, Private Messages, Live Chat and Game Chat."

I think its clear that he often deliberately chooses to be as much of a jerk as possible and make the game as unenjoyable for others as he can. He throws games with no attempt to win, just to prevent who ever he fixates on from winning, all the while spewing hateful remarks. All of it unprovoked. He intentionally deadbeats, with the stated desire of making the game less enjoyable for the other players. He's ruining the atmosphere the game is trying to promote. The behavior should not be tolerated. It tacitly implies that it is acceptable. It is not.

It's like the free market.

if he continues to act this way the "CC Market" will take care of him. When enought people foe him it will be hard for him to get games, maybe he will mend his ways, quit, or eventually run foul of the moderators enough times.

Making the mods work overtime to make sure everyone plays nice is a waste. let them focus on multis and serious abuses.

- Generally, these only shows an angry player or someone who probably has a short fuse (aren't we all?). We'll be needing more games to prove if he is consistently deadbeating intentionally and leaving ratings irrationally to several people from various games.
