Well i cant give proof as you usually wanna but those two player didnt atact each other neither once from beggining.
Maybe are not same person (90% i am sure they are) but they are in some kind peace...

this was filed Oct 20 and no new evidence has came to the surface. These 2 are currently getting an IP scan and LV will inform you of the results and close this case shortly.

These 2 have been Cleared of multi and secret diplomacy charges.. This is one of the last claims that we will be giving attention to that doesn't have a proper form filled out. The next ones that come about will be closed with no judgement regardless of whether another helpful individual decides to help the accuser with the form or not.
