Accused:

The_Dayman

The accused are suspected of:

Other: Intentional Deadbeating his first turn to gain an advantage in his following turn. I don't know if this is considered cheating but it is pretty messed up.

Game number(s):

Game 5751797

Game 5719855

Comments:
The first game I posted is the one where he was deadbeat his first turn. He immediatly acted his second turn after his deadbeat. I looked around a few of his games and found another recent game (2nd game I posted) that he went deadbeat his first turn.

Well there may be a reason he missed his turn. You know life and such. But some people miss as a strategy and it is allowed.

Intentional deadbeating (3 missed turns in a row) is a cheat. (basically points dumping). But it is hard to prove intent at times.

You have no valid complaint at this time.

Isn't it a valid complaint if he has done it multiple times at the beginning of games to gain an unfair advantage the next turn? I have shown multiple games where he has done this his first turn. It is all in speed games as well. So I don't think this was on accident.

Play Order Was Sequential... Not Freestyle... Wouldn't Be Any Advantage To Missing A Turn In A 1vs1 Game... In Fact If You Miss A Turn In A Sequential Game And The Other Guy Doesn't Beat You Then He Should Maybe Think About Another Game... Maybe Tic Tac Toe

Well sort of missing turns falls into the unwritten rules. You don't have to miss 3 in a row to be abusing the system.
However I agree with (krapt said it I think) I see little strategic benefit for missing your first turn in a sequential game going , especially when going second. On another note the time frame he missed his first turn is very similar. Most likely he just got side tracked. This is noted

I think it does give him an advantage because he would deadbeat when it was his turn so next turn he would get 6 to start. I don't know if you have had someone do that to you but I think it did give him an advantage over me. If you disagree that is fine but your comment was condiscending and I didn't appreciate that although I could have been nicer myself when I commented back. All the same I appreciate comments that do not insult me.

he doesnt get 6 to start..he gets 3 (or whatever is due to him) he gets the troops he missed at the end of the turn
