Talk about a sore winner. This guy had a good couple of first turns and so was in a strong position early. Good on him. But then when the second player and I did the obvious thing and each did our best to weaken him he turned unnecessarily rude and abusive in the chat. Completely unwarranted and uncalled for.

Yes, I will be foeing him once the game is complete, that is a given. And yes, I will ensure that my rating for him reflects his behaviour in the game.

However, I still feel a warning to the player is warranted.

1. you click on the persons name.
2. you click on the part that says add foe.
3. you relax knowing you have done all you needed to do.
4. you dont come into c and a with some bullshit like this.

a) As I clearly stated in my original post, I fully intended to foe him (and yes, I know how to do that, and it is done).
b) Your patronising and condescending post is not helpful to the problem.
c) And yes, my complaint is justified. His language was rude, offensive, unwarranted and completely out of place.
d) This is not bullshit. This is partly what this forum is for (among other things). Reports of abuse and offensive language / behaviour are dealt with in here.
e) Yes, there was something wrong with the chat. That's why I reported it.

I just want to point out the thread that The Accused of this thread started on delahoc. Maybe you can post this on his too But yeah, this tends to happen a lot in games

Game chat is really loosely moderated, if you have a problem hit the foe button and rate him accordingly. This is noted.

i was not patronizing. if that is the word you want to use. nor am i condescending.

if you cant handle the simple task of foeing someone, you dont need to play. this is a gaming site, where arguments occur. especially in game chat of a 3 man standard game. those are the worst kinds of games to play as far as feuds go. everyone thinks an alliance is why they lose, and if it isnt that, it sure as hell must be the dice.

and who do you think will feel the wrath of someone when they think your gameplay is awful. i certainly dont think you f*ck kangaroos, and i certainly dont agree with the party involved in saying you do, or the shit he said.

but there is an easy way out. FOEING HIM. MOVING ALONG, as if it never happened.

1. was anything he said racist?
2. did he threaten you with physical harm?


You may not be used to hearing or reading those "four-letter words", but some people do and will use them. This isn't a reason to open a complaint about the player; just kindly ask them to stop or ignore them.

The report is noted. It wasn't spurious in any way, delahoc went about things the right way reported him so that its noted and he foe'd the offender.
