The accused are suspected of:
spamming Kotaro's wall while he is forum banned and unable to delete comments
flaming kotaro on his wall while he is forum banned
spamming kotaro's real world email through the use of CC wall notifications

Comments:
both jammyjames and colton24 have spammed Kotaro's wall while he is on a forum ban. he is unable to see these comments or delete these comments. to complete the spam effect, it has spilled over into the real world with the email notifications which have hit his inbox. in total jammyjames posted 7 individual comments on kotaro's wall and colton24 posted 5 individual comments, which state:

that is clearly spamming his wall/spamming his real world email box and in jammyjames' case, flaming. kotaro may be a polarizing individual, but he deserves the same protection from CC harassment that all members expect and deserve. to spam/flame a member on their wall while they are forum banned is a cheap shot, and again, the 12 email notifications of new wall posts hit his real world email account. abusing a members wall is bad enough. abusing a banned members wall/real world email should get someone a short vacation. thanks...-0

Wow, kind of a dick move. But the spamming the e-mail part might not apply, you can turn that setting off. But that should be, at the very least a warning.

you can't turn that setting off when you are banned, it is applicable...-0

I'm not a fan of Kotaro by any means, but this is a pretty daft move by JJ and colton. Deserves at least a stern warning IMO, as it's childish and prickish behaviour

Its 12 e-mails They shouldn't be punished for that. The thing involving penis was unnecessary and perhpas spam then but the other stuff shouldn't be punished, it would be a bit over the top.

that is pretty much spam, especially when you consider they filled up the first few pages of his wall with
their spam posts... the rules are the rules, it is spam. throw in the fact that he is unable to read and/or remove the posts, and the intent becomes even more clear. sorry if you do not know the rules, but this is clearly against the rules...-0

Mods please close this thread asap. Attention seeking behavior on Owen part. Much as I dislike Colton and have him/it/her on foe. Its simple.. Kotaro foes them if he was offended. Owen spams peoples inbox's with lovely little amusing letters about players dying on the field of battle.... Waste of mods time. Seriously Owen are you that bored? Try playing in more games maybe. If Kotaro was that offended he should open an e-ticket.

the complaint is valid, the offense is real. if you don't have anything to add about the accusation, please don't post within this thread. you can start a C&A about me if you like, but this thread is not about me. good luck with that.-0
