Comments: This guy rated me 1* and tagged me "slow" after a game in which I took my turns within 1-2 hours, despite the fact I live in Australia so obviously am in a completely different time zone.

I PMed him to ask him to remove this rating and received no reply.

I looked at his other ratings and discovered that of the nine he's left six are 1* and another one is 2*s - I can't speak for the other users he's rated but mine was absolutely unreasonable and I would like it removed.

Loztralia has a good point on this one. He took his turns within 2 hours and got tagged with "slow". Miapaipai does have a pattern of giving very poor ratings with no justification.

Miapaipai was sent a friendly reminder of what the rating system is used for.

This user has only participated in 5 games and has only rated 9 other players. While the tag that was left for you in this instance may not fit the description of you or your game play it could have been an accident. However out of the 9 ratings and tags that have been left they all seem diversified enough that it wouldnt warrant us stepping in for gross abuse of the system.

As I said this will be Noted for future infractions that may involve mismanagement of the rating system and this user has been sent a kind Warning and explanation of what the rating system is used for.
