As per community guidelines :

If a player's comments do not violate the rules posted below, then do not ask a moderator or administrator to intervene when a player annoys you. This includes curse words and foul language. They are allowed on this site and would be too difficult to moderate every one.

Curse words are allowed, but flaming is not. You clearly called JefJef an arsehole, and suggested that people that play with him are going to get shat on. That does cross the line a bit kottie, I know your probably just upset that you haven't had a recent vacation. You were definately trolling. It was not constructive or on topic about a points neutral option.

It doesn't really cross the line, as me saying that he will eventually be site banned is just me prophesying based on current events of King Sam just banned him from the website.

And not constructive or on topic? Mentioning that this has happened before and no fix's were offered is very much so on topic. And as for constructive, warning people away from someone who is going to be getting site banned eventually for being almost EXACTLY like a currently website banned player is quite constructive - I know I won't be losing my points because of him.

Oh and, I love how you would normally not even post, but since he's your clanmate, you defend him. And I love also how you troll about my vacations, which my previous vacations have nothing to do with this topic, nor does the fact that I haven't had one add constructive anything to this topic. A troll knows a troll.

Oh, and I've asked you before not to call me Kottie, and you knew it would warrant a response - I guess common courtesy does not apply when your clanmates had his little feelings hurt, eh?

Kotaro you have never asked me not to call you Kottie, please stay on topic. You post was deliberately baiting players. Lets see point by point.
You won't be losing points because of him - no you won't. Trying to suggest other people not play with him is a bit rich, you have been in more strife than he has....
You love how I wouldn't normally post... - I post a lot, though I'm on the site to play not say for the most part. So way off the mark there.
Troll about your vacations - Yes I went off topic there, just as you did, my bad. See point two about you been more of a risk to play with.
A troll knows a troll - Trolls are low ranked sayers rather than players.... Compare and contrast there. I don't need to spell it out.

I have treated you with respect, and joked around with you. At no time did you react in a hurt fashion, you replied in the same fashion. Now crying that you asked not to be called Kottie is just cheap mate. I don't necessarily agree with MrPanzerGeneral starting this thread. I do support his right to start this thread.

I skimmed the thread. Not a big deal. Get over it cupcake, you just made this thread 'cause of your love for jefjef. I'm sure you've stralled off-topic in some threads as well. There's a bunch of mods active in the thread, they can handle it. No need to waste peoples' time in the C&A forum.

And who said Flame Wars was gone?

btw, i visited the offending thread and was disappointed to see that Kot is being complained about for such a benign post...his posts are usually classics, but this one is not even close to be offensive by his standards

Bogan has offered a solution to the jefjef situation - I dont necessarily agree and I am an affected party - if a player is offended he has the right to comment - I dont believe anything was achieved by name calling in an tense situation

nothing at all to see here, pretty empty accusation. and isn't this something you two could have resolved within The Book Club forum? Kotaro can be difficult at times, but he generally is on point despite his sometimes harsh delivery. however, i have seen far worse within the forums, and you will probably be told to foe him and move on...-0

I hope you're avoiding asking the Moderator that has me Foe'd, as that could be considered a Bias'd opinion.

On top of that, choosing the one that I am in a Clan with, would also have the option of being considered bias'd.

Which, of course, is in no way saying that Evil Semp would actually base his moderation on his Clan Affiliation, but merely that others might assume as such and use it against me. My apologies to anyone that was offended by the very idea of this.

as far as the e ticket goes, Kotaro has also shown a desire in the past for more consistency with forum abuse decisions, well, let him be judged by the same criterion.

oh, and let me quote Owenshooter here, different thread but really it's all the same...

Flames are posts or parts of posts which, directly or indirectly, insult, belittle, bully, name-call, or otherwise attack another user is not allowed.

# It doesn't matter if another user rubs you the wrong way, that's not an excuse to flame or attack them.

# Attacking a person instead of the user is NOT ok - it's all fun and games until it becomes personal.


Note: kotaro's post will not even have to be twisted and spun and misinterpreted to be found in violation of the RULES and COMMUNITY GUIDELINES.

AND YES being called an asshole is a "personal" attack. AND a flame. AND a trolling post.

A forum ban and a 41 game kick seems to be in order. IMO.
