Madmex is openly making accusations which are not true and has started using vulgar language in the chat area.

There have been many accusations as of late regarding abuse in game chat, and after review of your game chat I find my opinion of this claim to be that the accused is not in violation of the
Community Guidelines

Once on the list, you will no longer have to read their comments, and they will not be able to join future games with you if you joined the game first. * If a player's comments do not violate the rules posted below, then do not ask a moderator or administrator to intervene when a player annoys you. This includes curse words and foul language. They are allowed on this site and would be too difficult to moderate every one.
* After you are eliminated or the game ends, you will have the opportunity to rate your opponent. Use the ratings and up to 4 tags to describe your opponent and warn/encourage future participants.

Conquer Club takes a fairly liberal approach to what is said in Game Chats, but there are some deeds that should be dealt with by a moderator. If you encounter any of these violations, please open an Abuse Complaint in the Cheating & Abuse Forum.

Best bet is to Foe &/or Rate Accordingly.

just so you know it isnt a ruling as such more of advice. having said that it will be the same advice that you will get anyway from admin

As much as I hate it when people do that in the chat, this is a case where you can just rate and foe.

this notin foe him you cant see the game chat that he wrote and he only swore once so this is really abuseive

As previously stated Conquer Club takes a fairly liberal approach to what is said in Game Chats. It seems you have already added Madmex to your foe list and rated him as such.

Correct determination in re of this complaint. But WHY is it not king sam passing this judgement and why does he not have a green name?

king sam does have a green name. And I am allowed to mod this forum as well. As I'm quite sure king sam will mod and make decisions when I'm not here the same as the rest of the c&a mods
