this is a trolling c and a report more than offensive language.

if this were his own game, it would be ok.

as i stated in his last C&A reports, something serious needs to be done about Neptune1. 24 hours was a joke for violating an admins warning (ronc and myself received 3 day bans for the same offense)... how many times does he have to end up in C&A before something substantial is done? neptune1 and codeblue do far more to harm the site than people posting within the forums ever do. they drive potential members away, create a poor gaming experience for other members and non-members, and they are slapped on the wrist. neptune1 is showing that his behaviour is chronic and that it needs to be dealt with...-0

p.s.-this singular offense is not HUGE, but when combined with his overall activities, the pattern is clear and his offenses continue to snowball...

REALLY? I had to unfoe neptune just to look. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. This doesn't even deserve to be noted. Just foe him if you got offended & move on.

on the same token, i dont want someone jumping into games and trolling my shit. just cuz you cant see it, doesnt mean others cant. this is senseless and shouldnt be allowed.

YES IT WAS SENSELESS. Thats why I have him foed. (and I had never played him) If he continues targeting that same players games and leaves love notes like that then it would surely be trolling. He does have a history of language. Maybe it will get him a warning. Just doesn't seem to be lynch worthy.

He has done a lot worse in the past with little or no punishment, this is incredibly mild for the nasty neptune. Waste of a thread, this is another protected player he/she would have to post very graphic and explicit pictures frequently and that might not even get the mods attention. Sorry just been a cynic once again... This is CC the innocent never suffer, and the guilty are ALWAYS punished.... <wakes up, and goes looking for the nasty person that put acid in his drink>
