Seems to pretty much leave, every single game when hes lost. Certainly a few instances is nothing out of the ordinary, but I think the sheer volume has crossed a line here.

Well his opponents get the points in the long run. As cheap as it is, doesn't affect premium players that badly. I can understand freemium players getting really pissed off though.

Unwritten Rules

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits.
