i have to agree with owen on this one.

dasnigger is pretty much saying: the nigger.

i find it offensive as well as the community guidelines find it offensive. i would like to see it changed.

I do believe the name should be changed, regardless.

However, I don't think he/she deserves to be banned. A name change would do it.

Actually, and I do hate the word, but "nigger" in German is the only way to refer to people of the black race. Calling them the direct translation of "black people", to them, means something more like a person burned to a complete crisp black.

actually, no it doesn't... and why would i be embarassed? if he is truly black, than i am embarassed FOR him. i truly doubt that any person of colour would roll with that offensive username. and regardless of the fact of if he is or isn't black, the name is offensive and should be dealt with... get a grip, it is offensive...

and by the way, i grew up in germany, the N word is not part of the german dialect... they roll with schwarze and used to use "neger", but it was deemed culturally insensitive and offensive and is no longer tolerated... soooo, nice try on the german front...-0

Well. Actually I think people can actually be named "nigger" or "niggar" as last names. And "negro" is black in latin languages (cf the country Niger or Nigeria). Fine, I have no idea what that username comes from, but pls try to remove yourself from your American/liberal world view now and then.

This thread made me laugh...as soon as I saw Kotaro try to go Deutschland on Owen, I almost broke FAA guidelines by firing up my phone ot call O. But he had already responded. Although maybe Kotaro was confusing Germany with his homeland, DOUCHELAND.
