The accused are suspected of:
Conducting Secret Diplomacy
Severe PM Abuse
Other: Breaking truce

Comments: Fapostolo is not trustworthy and resorts to secret diplomacy.
1) In game # 5452610 he broke a truce agreement (round 10) in which he promised not to attack me before giving a one turn notice (please refer to game chat line "2009-09-01 08:36:30"). He did attack though in round 18 violating the truce without the one turn warning and therefore obtained an unfair advantage in the game, which wouldn't have been possible without cheating.
2) Further than that, he contacted me by private message to propose a secret act of diplomacy, with which I did not agree, by not responding to it, for knowing that it would be against the game rules. The message was posted Tue Sep 08, 2009 7:34 pm and reads as follows: "pink is getting to strong on 5452610 i can make a peace deal with u".
3) fapostolo's backstabbing behavior is condemnable not only for his lack of fair play but also for his total disrespect for other bona fide players, as he, by the way, openly admits in the game chat ("2009-09-10 21:05:35 - fapostolo: well unfortunatly if i didnt back stab u , u would win. so go ahead and complain."). I believe this last post speaks for itself.
4) I would be very grateful if the Moderators and Hunters could do something about this guy. I think he deserves being punished for his bad manners and prevented from gaining points in the game in question.
