Does he only leave a rating when someone deadbeats? It seems most of them are ?'s (or others) who deadbeated. The only ratings he leaves are on those who deadbeated.

plenty are deadbeats. plenty are not. many of us received bad ratings for beating him...

Seems he just likes leaving poor ratings.
Game 4227524He left the winner of this game a 1 star "deadbeat" rating even though he hadn't missed a single turn.

mrjinx usually leaves out ratings to players who deadbeat. istanbul39, as of now, you do not have any ratings. As for Game 4227524, Nodak won in that game and he too, does not have any ratings as of now. Cleared.
edit. Yes, Nodak's rating from mrjinx is still there but it's still not enough for now to warrant a disciplinary measure for it. Thank you for pointing it out.
