Comments: First game is with me - second I got just from checking his ratings and noticed a very similar thing happened. These two in my game were bordering each other with bonuses of 3 and 4 from turn 4. They never broke each other. The only time they attacked each other were meaningless terts that had 1's on them. jmkawase wipes out the other major in the game .... and had a hefty drop before his run of about 12 more terts to take out the guy. So what does cmsingle do? He goes after my 2 bonus .... 10 terts.... and 30+ men instead of his buddy. One game could just be coincidence.... but when I saw another's complaint for similar reason in another game... i thought it was at least worth mentioning.

Yes, I can agree with the suspicion based from these 2 games you mentioned. They could be relatives or friends. Most likely, cmsingle and jmkawase know each other in real life. Since this is the first time they have been reported, for now, I can only note this for future reference. If you feel they had a secret diplomacy in your game, feel free to leave the appropriate ratings for these players.
