after it became obvious that JonTK was taking the lead in the game, i offered a partnership with hfbat in order to control JonTK's lead. i was accused of 'manipulation' and the offer was refused. later in the game when JonTK's lead became uncontrollable, hfbat suggested i move my armies from a territory so he/she could go through to attack JonTK. instead, hfbat attacked the territory that allowed me to keep my bonus. at this point, it was very clear that both of us were going to lose if we didn't work together. even after that turn, hfbat has yet to attack yellow (the only attack from hfbat against JonTK occurred very early in the game). it appears to me that hfbat has done nothing but help JonTK win the game. I have no idea if they're the same person, or there is some secret diplomacy, but for a major (hfbat is a major), there is absolutely no reason to have acted the way he/she did unless there was a secret partnership of some kind with hfbat.

As far as being multi accounts, JonTK667 and hfbat are cleared. Right now, yellow is pretty much in control of the game. Blue, with his position, I guess is just deciding on whether to get the Mountain bonus or not, which is currently occupied by you. Although he can build up in Earl, I guess he values his troops in the Wasteland region and probably does not want to lose them or have it diminished. Anyway, if you feel they had a secret diplomacy in your game, feel free to leave the appropriate ratings for these players.
